5 Days to Plan Your
2018 Studio Revolution
The first Piano Pivot starts on Dec 4
Over 5 days this December, we will work together to plan your piano studio for 2018.
It's called the 5 Day Piano Pivot (5DPP) and it's a free online challenge that I'm running in conjunction with Nicola Cantan of colourfulkeys.ie.
Each day, we'll be going live in the Vibrant Music Studio Teachers Facebook Group (details of how to join will be emailed to you) when we will take you through a number of tasks in the 5DPP Playbook.
If you join us live, you'll be able to ask questions, get involved and make the most of the interactive nature of a Facebook Live video.
If you can't join us live or don't use Facebook, that's totally cool too. I'll be emailing you the details after each session so you won't miss out.
You will be joined by hundreds of teachers like you, on a mission to beat overwhelm, set achievable goals, pivot your teaching and get set for a rockin' 2018!

This idea is typical of Tim Topham - smart, technologically bang-up-to-date and full of useful and worthwhile content. He brings a freshness and enthusiasm to the field of piano teaching that is both infectious and delightful. Subscribe and learn!
Ground breaking work you're doing in the field of piano pedagogy.
It is so amazing to me to be able to connect with fellow teachers around the world and exchange ideas and ask for help. Piano teaching used to be such a 'lonely' job but not so much these days!

This is your 5DPP planning document.
It's a full-colour workbook that you can download, print out and refer to as you plan your pivot.
This will become your plan and strategy leading into 2018.
You'll receive your flashy new playbook by email as soon as you register.

What to Expect When You Signup
As a result of the 4 week challenge my small studio has almost doubled in numbers. I had 8 pupils before the challenge and after this week I now have 14 pupils and 3 more who I am waiting to hear back from. This is still all alongside my day job!
Taught a first lesson to a new student yesterday and her Mom said, “Wow. How did you learn to teach piano like this? Is this how you were taught? Because it sure isn't how we were taught as kids.” My answer was learning from YOU! A big shout out to Tim Topham for all his resources."
I love feeling "seen", like I'm not just a name on a screen, it's just wonderful! I feel like I've found my music soulmate in a website! Everything I read, watch, print, listen to.....boy it just hits the creative spot for me! I'm just over the moon about what I've found and I know I've just started to scratch the surface!
