Guide to Hiring Teachers & Admin Assistants

Michael Gumley, here. We often get asked for advice regarding hiring teachers and other employees when you're ready to expand your business. Maybe you don't have time to teach more students or you're swamped with a lot of administrative work. This mini-course will give you some pointers to help hire and delegate to others. We’ll talk about:
  • the hiring process
  • finding the right prospects
  • the selection process
  • how to pick the right person for the job
Although I mention teaching guitar a few times throughout the course, these business practices apply to any music studio.
