Just about every piano teacher will struggle to find the right approach for a student diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder or ADHD, at some stage in their career. As developmental and learning disorders seem to be becoming more prevalent in society, I asked Thembi Shears to share some of her tactics and tips for focussing, motivating and working with students  who have ASD or ADHD.
